SUMMARY:
Apartment community is seeking a Groundskeeper / Maintenance Helper to join their team in maintaining the grounds and property. Landscaping and keeping grounds free from debris. Assisting with apartment turns as needed, incl. some light apartment maintenance: painting, plumbing, etc.
This is a great career opportunity with a leader in property management.
DESIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Groundskeeping and lands keeping experience
- Prior Apartment Maintenance experience ideal
- Experience with caulking, painting, and light drywall work
- Good Customer Service skills
