CTR Group is seeking a Mold Operator in Newport News, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Job Duties
Pull molded parts from an injection molding machine and restart the cycle
Inspect the parts for defects per internal procedures or customer specifications
Perform basic troubleshooting on the injection molding machine
Notify the Supervisor of any problems with the equipment, quality defects, slow cycle times, or safety issue
Other duties as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Have a sense of urgency and the ability to focus on the job at hand
Follow instructions and ask questions when unclear
Operate in a fast paced work environment
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work overtime on weekdays and/or weekends'
