Primary Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.

  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes
  • Assist with ACA Requirements
  • Assist with preemployment functions including but not limited to; drug testing, reference checks, back ground checks, conducting new hire orientations, etc
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisor


  • Associates Degree is Human Resources preferred
  • 1-3 years of Benefits and/or  Human Resources  work experience.
  • Excel experience- Intermediate level
  • Experience in a staffing firm is a plus
