CTR Group is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for a Non-Profit Organization in the Newport News, VA area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring! This may lead to a predominately at-home work location once experience has been gained.

SUMMARY:
Seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support and represent the Director on the phone, electronic communication, and in person to stakeholders of the Organization and beyond.
Serve as the representative for the Director.
Provide clerical and secretarial support.
Maintain records.
Manage grant applications and issuance.
Provide team coordination and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Zoom communication software.
Good record keeping and organizational skills.
Some experience with selling of property or real estate preferred.
Ability to work independently and prioritize workflow.
Ability to work collaboratively with others.
