CTR Group is seeking an experienced Administrative professional for and Administrative Assistant position in Chesapeake, VA.
Part time Contract to Hire with possibility of going Full Time
Assist with normal administrative office support; assist with part orders to include receiving & maintaining active inventory; complete task parts pack-out, coordinate freight shipments.
Organize, scan, upload, and file task associated paperwork.
Print and prepare task related sign-off packets.
Provide office support as needed according to workload.
Assist in maintaining office and office supplies in a cost-conscious manner.
Contact OEM and distributors via telephone, or e-mail to obtain availability and prices of needed equipment, parts, or materials to maintain inventory levels.
Reconcile incoming orders against purchase orders and/or requisitions
Receive and fill orders; issue equipment, parts, and supplies.
Update computer generated inventories and documents
Coordinate & communicate with install teams and shipping agents to ensure task schedules are met in regards to parts & materials required per task.
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Must have strong proven administrative skills and abilities
Previous experience with inventory management
Forklift operator skills a plus
Ability to lift, push, pull 40lbs
Clean criminal background, DBIDS eligible
