CTR Group is currently seeking Brush & Roll Painters for the Dover Air Force Base in DE.
Candidates must be able to access the Air Force Base.
Pay Rate $22.00 an hour with good Benefits.
Position starts second week of May and will run for 8 weeks.
SUMMARY:
Seeking Painter / Helpers for the Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. The workers should have a good background, valid ID, and be a citizen of the United States
The Brush and Roll Painter is responsible for applying paint, stains, and coatings to surfaces using brushes and rollers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, or industrial projects while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes and rollers
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking materials
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Inspect surfaces and completed work for quality and consistency
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and use protective gear as required
- Communicate with supervisors or clients regarding project progress
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a painter (brush and roll experience preferred)
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift materials
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Reliable transportation (if required for job sites)
