Job Requirements:
- Set up and operate a CNC Press Brake machine to bend and form sheet metal components;
- Perform machine set-up, including selecting appropriate tooling, dies, and backstop adjustments;
- Adjust machine parameters to achieve specified part dimensions;
- Conduct multiple set-ups per shift for both short and long production runs;
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings;
- Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify part accuracy;
- Make routine equipment checks and ensure proper machine maintenance;
- Troubleshoot minor programming and mechanical issues as needed.
