SUMMARY:
Seeking an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller who is ready to step up to the next level. It will be a very hands-on management role, supervising 7 employees in the Finance department and reporting to the Vice President of Finance.
REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of experience supervising personnel, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Prior role of Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller
Experience supervising Cost Accounting and general accounting functions
Seeking a hands-on manager
Experience in a manufacturing environment a great plus.
Strong process management (automation, process improvement, efficiency gain, etc..) experience a huge plus.
Oracle Enterprise One or similar software
