CTR Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative with an established company in the Chemicals Logistics & Shipping Industry located in Suffolk, VA. A Temp-Hire career opportunity!
Pay Range: $23-$25 per hour
Hours 8am-4:30pm
SUMMARY:
Responsible for inputting new sales orders into the Sage system. Taking orders in person or over the phone from customers. Regular customer interaction with customers, tracking orders, following up, resolving issues, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Inside Sales experience
- Customer Service experience in Manufacturing or Distribution strongly preferred
- Fluent with Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Prefer some Sage knowledge. If not, can train the right person.
- Commutable distance to Suffolk.
- Good data entry skills
- Good organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
