CTR Group is seeking several Diesel Mechanic’s. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

PAY: $19-$27 depending on experience. Plus $120 for non-local
SKILLS:
- Use of calibrated instruments, such as dial Indicators, micrometers, calipers, depth mics, torque wrenches, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Foundation Chock work
- Disassembling Diesel engine and testing
- Removing propellers, and hubs
- Engine Alignments/ Engine coupling work
- Understand WAF processes, ability to work a WAF from start to finish
- Understand Diesel Engines and how they operate or be proficient in shafting, clutches and reduction gears
- Proficient at reading and using tech manuals, EATPS, PCP’s
- Be proficient as a Lead Mechanic capable of guiding and training junior Mechanics with minimum supervision
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in diesel engine repair and or outside machinist
- Knowledge of WAF’s a plus
- Must be able to complete work with little guidance from Supervisor
- Basic knowledge of Standard Items a plus
- Must have basic knowledge of shop equipment
- Works well with others
