CTR Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for a client in Chesapeake, VA.

Job Description:
You will bridge the gap between various departments engineering, production, applications & sales. Ability and experience in developing and motivating various professionals, technical, new recruits and support staff, will cement our leadership position within the pulp and paper industry. Innovation and improving our family of paper machinery and equipment is a key requirement.

Mechanical Engineering Degree
Minimum 2 3 years mechanical design experience is essential
Knowledge of Pulp & Paper equipment is a definite asset
Strong Problem Solving, Social & communications Skills
Ability to motivate others to go the extra mile is key to success
Fluent in English is essential
