CTR Group is currently seeking ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN 2: DIVING EQUIPMENT MECHANIC in the Williamsburg, VA area.
PAY RATE: $24.20.00 per hour
SUMMARY:
Conduct general maintenance and repairs on US Navy's Diving Life Support Systems. This position involves no diving.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years' experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diving equipment
- 4 years as a Diver for the Navy or Coast Guard.
- Experience with dive system maintenance and Navy Diving System Certification requirements
- Must be familiar with US Navy's Quality Assurance Program and certification procedures.
- Be familiar with oxygen / air cleaning procedures with regards to diving systems.
- Must be able to lift 75lbs and be available for occasional travel.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
