CTR Group is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician in the Virginia Beach, VA area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring! A Two-Month position, 25 - 29 hours per week with possibility for more long-term opportunity.
PAY RATE: $20 per Hour
Hours are 8am -1pm or 2pm, 4 days a week, availability for evenings and weekends as needed. Flexible with hours.
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Facilities Technician, part time 25-29 hours per week. Simple Maintenance to facilities including basic plumbing, painting, minor electrical, kitchen equipment, Spa equipment. Duties include:
- Restocking supplies. Changing lightbulbs,
- Setting up for conferences by moving tables and chairs.
- Changing filters.
- Basic grounds keeping.
- Carrying boxes of supplies from truck.
- Good customer service skills.
- Hospitality Industry is ideal candidate (Hotel/Motel maintenance).
