Summary of responsibilities:
Our fire cleaning and pack out team provides emergency cleaning services to structure of a property after damage caused by fire.
The crews are responsible for detailed cleaning of an entire structure, including but not limited to ceilings, walls, cabinets, fixtures, showers, floors, appliances, etc. The same team provides contents pack out and move back services for the contents of a property. This includes sorting, wrapping, packing, lifting, and moving boxes from a residence into a home. This can also include large furniture items, and a resulting inventory of the items packed. There are also many scenarios in which these items are cleaned in our in-house contents cleaning facility. There is a lifting requirement of 25 lbs, which is the max to which a packing box is generally filled. We find that candidates in the commercial cleaning industry, such as hospitality or in home services, are suited for this trade. There is an attention to detail needed for this position. There are no hand tool requirements for this position. We do occasionally need to use respirators and job sites will sometimes lack power, water, etc. due to the damage to the home.
