CTR Group is seeking a Head of Government Programs  - Advanced Manufacturing. Immediate opening and urgently hiring!

A Fully Remote Position, Nationwide.

Salary: $200K plus Yearly Bonus and Equity.
Outstanding Benefits include 401K, health, dental, vision, and profit sharing.

SUMMARY:
The Head of Government Programs is in charge of developing and carrying out the Company's Federal programs with a focus on project management. The position will also be representing the Company in public meetings and outreach to ensure that programs are in keeping with the stakeholders’ priorities. The manufacturing company leads high-impact federal programs in advanced manufacturing, energy storage, etc.
Duties include the following:
  • Manage all aspects of Federal programs from execution to compliance and reporting.
  • Eventually lead a team of project managers to successfully complete projects in specialty areas such as advanced manufacturing, energy storage and more.
  • Together with the sales team, support new programs from pursuit to capture and contracting.
  • Ensure that risks to the Company's Federal program division are minimized.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners and affiliates.
  • Organize and lead meetings to promote the Company's programs and provide program updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have at least 20 years of relevant experience managing government programs
  • Government contracting experience with physical products or chemical-based products that are produced in advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Must be able to manage several projects in different stages of their life cycle.
  • An understanding of change management practices.
  • Experience with performance evaluation processes.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to work some extended hours to meet project timelines.
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
