CTR Group is seeking several Heavy Equipment Operators near Williamsburg, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

• Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, graders, and skid steers.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, backfilling, and material placement.
• Read and follow grade stakes, cut/fill sheets, and site plans.
• Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and laborers to maintain production flow.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols.
• Support general site tasks as needed.
