CTR Group is seeking A Production Supervisor.  Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

• Plan, organize and oversee the daily good production process
• Ensure production schedule are met while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies
• Ensure that all quality standards are met
• Ensure that workplace safety standards are met. 

• At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing or production management
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred 
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA)
• Strong leadership and management skills
