CTR Group is seeking an HR Generalist Senior / Data Analyst for a global Manufacturing Company in the Newport News, VA area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring!
Salary Range: $65K - $90K. Comprehensive benefits package, incl. major medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan with company match, paid vacation and personal days.
--3-5 Years experience as an HR Generalist by title is $65-70K
--Beyond 5 years is $70-90K
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Human Resources Generalist Senior / Data Analyst responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager. This position serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. In addition to enforcing company policies and practices, this role has a heavy emphasis on data analysis, collection, analysis and reporting of date.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 4-6 years of related experience in a Human Resources Generalist role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or preferably SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
- At least 3-4 years of experience with immigration preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of mentoring and guiding others preferred.
- This person’s role will be highly analytical so experience with Power BI would be ideal
- Tasks can include creating reports in payroll software for wage analysis, hiring analytics, and any other data requested to be gathered
- The reports are in Excel and may need to be included in PowerPoint. As a result, this employee needs to be strong in both, especially pivot tables and formulas in Excel.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
