Pay: up to $37.50 per Hour CNC Milling Machine Experience (vertical or Horizontal).
Machine Specific Details: (1) Vision Wide FA-6233 (installed new in 2020) CNC Vertical Bridge Mill, 5-Axis full contouring. Vertical High-speed Bridge Mill Machine Controller is Heidenhain Size is 10 ft x 20 ft table x 48 height part clearance.
CNC Milling machine experience is required (Vertical or Horizontal type). Preferred Experience is on a 5-Axis CNC Milling machine Experience with operating a Heidenhain Machine Controller Experienced with CAM software. Candidates must be able to work any shift. Must have CNC experience and be able to read, understand blueprints/drawings. Candidate will be selected for either 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, Sets up, operates lathes, milling machines, shapers, planers, precision grinders to make metal parts, tolerances, dimensions. Interprets blueprints, sketches, engineering specifications; uses a variety of machinist's hand tools, precision measuring instruments; tooling, feeds, and speeds; measures, marks, fits and assembles precision parts May modify numerically controlled programs on numerically controlled (NC) machines. 3-5+ years of experience with High School diploma/GED
