Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems while following all safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a commitment to adhering to company, customer, and regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Recognize and report quality assurance (QA) concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Identify tasks that require shop processing and complete necessary paperwork.
Coordinate job-related tasks with supervisors and customers to ensure smooth project flow.
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical system components, including:
Overhead lights, receptacles, heaters, and distribution panels.
Motor controllers and interior communication systems.
Switchboards and load centers.
Take accurate electrical measurements using tools such as:
Megger (insulation resistance), clamp-on amp meter (amps), volt meter (volts), tachometer (RPMs).
Properly tie-in and connect cables to electrical equipment.
Handle lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs. (seek assistance for heavier loads).
Work in various environmental conditions, including:
Outdoor weather, high places, confined spaces.
Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Must be comfortable working in challenging environments (outdoors, confined spaces, heights).
Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs. and follow safe lifting procedures.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and safety regulations.
