Job Requirements:
- Perform grinding and finishing operations on sheet metal parts to ensure quality and smooth finishes
- Utilize various hand and power tools for metal finishing, including grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment
- Work primarily during morning shifts
- Review and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications to meet finish requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Prior experience in sheet metal finishing or automotive sanding is preferred
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, possibly in hot or cold conditions
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
