CTR Group is seeking several Level 3 NDT Inspector's for our client in Norfolk, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Pay: $24 to $34 Depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- QA-NDT Inspector is responsible for conducting, documenting, maintaining records associated with inspection per customer requirements.
- Performs Non-destructive testing in the NDT disciplines they are certified too and document those activities in reports and required forms.
- Oversee / monitors inspections then document inspection results on required forms.
- Perform VT, MT, PT and UT inspections as required.
- Needs to understand NAVSEA Standard Items and other Government Specifications.
- Analyzes documents, drawing, customer requirements and quality procedures to ensure the Company meets the requirements set by the customer.
- Generate, review, submit condition found reports, test, inspection plans, process control procedures, test documents and corrective action reports
- (CAR) as required to document customer requirements or non-conformances.
- Inventories and maintains test equipment and gauges.
- May be tasked to prepare presentation materials, teaching aids, handouts, etc. and conduct training when warranted.
- Perform audits and / or surveillance as needed or assigned.
- Work independently to complete responsibilities
- Travel to work locations when required, both CONUS and OCONUS.
- Must have regular, reliable attendance
- Will abide by all Safety Requirements
- Other job-related tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-5 years’ experience in NDT and Quality Control / Assurance.
- Combination of any of the following NDT Certifications; VT, MT, PT and/or UT.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
- Related Department of Defense experience including direct experience with government customer relations strongly preferred.
- Experience with NAVSEA Standard Items and ISO requirements preferred.
- Must be able to get access to Government Facilities
- Must have OSHA-10
- Must have own tools
