REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of office experience.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality including all financial and personnel issues.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Basic Math skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
- Ability to accurately file alphabetically and/or numerically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attendance, dependability and maturity.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems and train others.
- Ability to establish a Team atmosphere through leadership and employee development. Must possess the ability to get along well with others.
- Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with fast-paced environment
