CTR Group is seeking a Support Manager - Heavy Plant Machinery in the Providence, RI, area to work in a manufacturing plant environment.
SALARY RANGE" $130K - $180K
Relocation Assistance is Available.
Position with Excellent Benefits: 401(k) pension plan, health, dental, vision and life insurance
Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
What you develop:
- Directs, administers and controls the day to day activities of the on-site technical support team
- Primary on-site interface to the client and responsible for overall client satisfaction
- Support client during the daily activities of production with the machines and offer continuous improvement through their industrial life
- Implement improvements and fixes to our suite of machines
- Maintain regular contact with team located at the head office to receive support and provide update
What you bring:
- 10 years experience in machinery industry with experience in staffing, planning, and people management
- Bachelor degree or similar level of experience
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fast-thinking and know how to adapt quickly to any situation
- Must have a valid driver s license and a clean criminal record
- Previous shipbuilding experience is a plus
