PAY RANGE: upper $40K - mid $60K, negotiable depending on experience.

SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives; real estate deeds and trust funding documents; business transfer documents; and certificates of trust.
- Prepare general correspondence; agreements; and pleadings for clients based on instructions given by attorney.
- In addition, this person will have regular contact with clients, both in person and by phone; monitor suspense dates and firm templates; and open, close, and maintain client files.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year of experience as an estate planning drafting paralegal.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and HotDocs.
- Familiarity with legal case management software.
- Great attention to detail, able to work independently, and possess a team player mentality.
