Pay Range: $26 - $30 per Hour
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Payroll Specialist to join Company's accounting team and process bi-weekly multi state payroll. Maintain employee pay rates, deductions, benefit deductions, direct deposit accounts. Maintain electronic files containing payroll, quarterly and year-end returns, Federal and State, correspondence and other payroll related documents.

CTR Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a Manufacturing Company in the Hampton, VA, area to join our staff. Immediate opening and urgently hiring!
Pay Range: $26 - $30 per Hour
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Payroll Specialist to join Company's accounting team and process bi-weekly multi state payroll. Maintain employee pay rates, deductions, benefit deductions, direct deposit accounts. Maintain electronic files containing payroll, quarterly and year-end returns, Federal and State, correspondence and other payroll related documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree and 5 years of Payroll experience
- Knowledge of quarterly, year-end W2 and 1095C reconciliations required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly.
- Great communication and customer service skills
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Attention to Detail a must.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- SCA payroll processing experience would be nice.
