CTR Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a Manufacturing Company in the Hampton, VA, area to join our staff. Immediate opening and urgently hiring!
Pay Range: $26 - $30 per Hour
SUMMARY:
Seeking a Payroll Specialist to join Company's accounting team and process bi-weekly multi state payroll. Maintain employee pay rates, deductions, benefit deductions, direct deposit accounts. Maintain electronic files containing payroll, quarterly and year-end returns, Federal and State, correspondence and other payroll related documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree and 5 years of Payroll experience
Knowledge of quarterly, year-end W2 and 1095C reconciliations required
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software packages quickly.
Great communication and customer service skills
MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
Attention to Detail a must.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
SCA payroll processing experience would be nice.
