Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, press brakes, punch presses, lasers, welders, and material‑handling systems
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions
Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, potential failures, and safety concerns
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts usage documentation
Assist with installation, setup, and calibration of new machinery and equipment
Support facility maintenance tasks, including lighting, plumbing, and general building upkeep
Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Industrial or Maintenance Mechanic in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams
Experience with CNC machinery maintenance is highly preferred
Ability to lift and move materials within company‑specified safety limits
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to support overtime or off‑shift work as needed for repairs or production demands
