SALARY: $95K - $105K Plus Excellent Benefits. ($110K for exceptional candidate)
Eligible for a 12% Annual Bonus.

SUMMARY:
The Cost Analyst will handle projects related to heavy manufacturing projects by collaborating with engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and program management. The administrator will ensure that the cost, schedule, and engineering tasks are successfully coordinated and conveyed to the project leadership. Will facilitate project performance tracking, material and services cost management and estimate development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- 6-8 years of Project Management experience in a heavy industrial engineering and production environment.
- Project Management or Program Management experience desired
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Prefer experience with project controls, cost management, EVM, or program performance reporting.
- Required Heavy Manufacturing projects, preferred in the DOD environment.
- Five (5) or more years of relevant professional experience supporting project management, program controls, engineering coordination, or production integration activities.
- Knowledge of project cost management principles, incl. forecasting, estimate development, and cost performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and performance measurement techniques.
- Experience with Material and Services cost management, incl. tracking of material commitments, subcontractor costs, and procurement costs.
- Analytical skills, incl. the ability to interpret cost, schedule, and performance data and identify trends, challenges and risks.
- Experience interacting with multiple disciplines incl. engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and finance to assist with project reporting and forecasting.
- Experience tracking action items and maintaining visibility of project progress and status.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare project reports and briefing materials and summaries for project management.
