CTR Group is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager throughout the Lynchburg, VA area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!
Salary Range: $85K - $125 K
Excellent Benefits:

Coverage of 2 times your salary and is paid for by the Company up to a maximum of $ 300, 000.

SUMMARY:
We are looking for candidates that have specific experience with COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION in the Hampton Roads Area. Must be wiling to travel to sites throughout Virginia. Seeking candidates with Project Management experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in commercial construction projects.
Experience with preconstruction meetings, estimating, planning, coordinating.
Able to travel throughout Virginia.
Experience with Specification and Purchasing of project materials is required
Experience with estimating material and labor costs is required.
CAD and development of material cut lists experience is required
Must have proficient computer skills
Must have a sense of urgency!
Valid driver s license is required
