Job Description:
· Lead field operations including self-perform and subcontractor utility pipeline work on the jobsite with safety, quality and efficiency.
· Organize manpower and materials for efficient installation operations.
· Work with Project Manager to prioritize work.
· Understand, use, and teach concepts, procedures, and practices common for municipal water and sewer utility work.
· Outdoor work with all types of weather.
· Work safely.
Required Experience:
· Ability to read and understand plan and profile, specifications,
· Knowledge of aggregates, pipe, structures, etc.
· Experience leading others
· Experience successfully laying and testing underground pipe in a water utility environment including restrained joint, mechanical joint, push-joint ductile iron pipe, Hobas, HDPE, and concrete pipe.
· Previous experience with heavy machinery.
