CTR Group is seeking a Project /Site Manager for a Naval Engineering Department of a Company in Newport News, VA that specializes in designing and manufacturing high quality mechanical and electromechanical equipment for space, energy and industry applications.

Location: Newport News, Virginia.
Specialty Area: Advanced manufacturing, welding, maritime industrial base
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish facilities and processes required to launch operations in the facility
- Oversee daily manufacturing and training operations to ensure efficient processes
- Develop and implement production schedules
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
What you bring:
- 5 years’ experience in maritime and defense manufacturing industry in a supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing with advanced technologies and welding in maritime industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree or similar level of experience
