SUMMARY:
Seeking a Proposal Manager who is experienced in proposal management to support growth in DOD, Federal, Civilian, and commercial markets by leading the development and ensuring the timely submission of high quality, RFP-compliant, and compelling proposals. This
position will report to the Vice President of Business Development and will work in collaboration with BD, capture, and proposal teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and/or education.
5 years of relevant professional proposal management experience
Minimum 3 years of experience with federal business proposal development
Experience outside of proposal management such as project management, capture management, contract management.
Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Proposal Development training such as Shipley Training
Salesforce and GovWin Experience
APMP certification and/or PMP certification
Graphic skills
Must have active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
