Pay: $26 to $35 depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Inspection Excellence: Perform dimensional, workmanship, and final inspections on manufactured components and assemblies using tools such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), calipers, thread gauges, ring gauges, height gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, and more.
- Technical Expertise: Interpret and apply technical drawings, specifications, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure production accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word, along with the PC-Dmis program, to document inspection findings and provide comprehensive quality control reports.
- Uphold Standards: Enforce stringent dimensional inspection standards, ensuring all products meet and exceed quality requirements at every stage of production.
- Experience: Proven experience in quality control processes within a machine shop or similar manufacturing environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications, with in-depth knowledge of GD&T.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word) and familiarity with PC-Dmis systems for quality control documentation.
- Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
