CTR Group is seeking to fill an Electronics Technician - RMA position. Immediate opening and urgently hiring! Electronics experience desired.'
Pay Range: $19.50 per Hour or higher based on experience and skill.
SUMMARY:
The RMA Technician processes returned products by inspecting, testing, and documenting issues. Supports the repair, replacement, or credit decisions and ensures accurate evaluations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
- Prepare, write, and maintain required documentation to include Return Material Authorization forms, Data reports and Evaluation summaries.
- Perform testing and/or product disassembly to support root cause analysis or address specific customer concerns or requests.
- Communicate findings and updates via e-mail, telephone, and video conferencing platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An associate degree in general electronics or an equivalent qualification is preferred; however, relevant practical experience in the field may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey findings to customers.
- Prior experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus.
- Electro-mechanical manufacturing experience (soldering, welding, test equipment experience a plus).
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
- Experience with Sage 300 and Sage CRM is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
