? Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sew various types of baby bonnets with accuracy and efficiency
Assemble and package baby bonnets as needed
Maintain accuracy in quantity and quality of items pulled and sewn
Visually inspect components during sewing to ensure product quality
Contribute to increasing production levels cost-effectively
Accurately record time and attendance using correct system codes
Meet productivity standards by working efficiently and completing tasks on time
Observe all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and work instructions precisely
Provide professional customer service to coworkers, internal teams, and vendors
Respond promptly to all internal and external inquiries
Perform overtime work and special projects as needed

Education & Experience
? Physical Requirements
Sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk regularly throughout the shift
Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
Strong hand-eye coordination
Frequent finger movements: pinching, picking, and typing
Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers
? Working Conditions
Work performed in a warehouse/production environment
Exposure to a manufacturing setting with consistent activity
Safety procedures and protective gear are required
